GIRLS ECNL/ECNL RL PROGRAM

AHFC is proud to offer both Regional and National Pathway opportunities for our elite players while accommodating participation in High School soccer. AHFC is part of the Girls ECNL and ECNL RL and offers our players the platform to compete on a regional and national level. With the addition of our USL 2 franchise, AHFC Royals, our players have the ultimate pathway to becoming top level collegiate and professional athletes.

Design for those players aspiring to play at the highest level, whether this be collegiately, professional or the National Team. AHFC is proud to be part of the Girls ECNL and offer our Female athletes the platform to compete on a regional and national stage. GIRLS ECNL RL PROGRAM

Girls ECNL Regional Leagues are operated and managed by the Girls ECNL to ensure a consistent environment and level of professionalism across all leagues. Each league allows improved coordination and collaboration between teams of different levels within ECNL clubs or opportunity for teams and players in other clubs to develop through regular high level competition.

COACHING PHILOSOPHY

The interaction between the coach and player during practice and games is fundamental to the coaching process. Coaches will use a mix of guidance, teaching, questioning and demonstrating to help players develop the understanding of the game.


The education of players can be broken down into 4 aspects of the game:


Technical – The ability to want the ball, receive the ball and deal with the ball effectively


Tactical – The ability to not follow the ball, support the play and communicate for the ball, starting to understand positioning and defensive and attacking principals related to them.


Mental / Decision Making – The ability to make decisions of when to keep or share the ball at the right time and how to problem solve for themselves.


Psychosocial: Respect, Self confidence, Commitment, Emotional control and Concentration
